6 Easy Steps to renting kitchen space
STEP 2
Obtain General Liability & Product Liability Insurance
Maintain at all times a minimum of $1,000,000 of product liability insurance & $2,000,000 general liability insurance, with Garden State Kitchen listed as additional insured / certificate holder at 406 Tompkins St, Orange, NJ 07050.
A Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be provided to GSK before any use of the facility will be permitted. (Please note this is NOT the same as the Occurrence Form or your insurance card.)
GSK recommends the Food Liability Insurance Program.
STEP 4
sign up for an account with the food corridor
Create an account with our third party booking and billing system and upload your three verification documents from steps 1-3 above for our review and audit.
STEP 5
sign the user agreement
Our user agreement must be signed prior to using the kitchen space at GSK.
STEP 6
Complete your kitchen orientation
Once you are ready to start working at the kitchen, contact us to schedule your full orientation.
This will take about an hour to complete.
Your start-up fees will be charged to your account on file before your orientation.
