Two Catering Kitchens

Each kitchen includes exclusive use of that kitchen space and the following equipment:
  • Six-burner range and griddle top
  • Char-broiler/grill
  • Five-rack convection oven
  • Four-rack conventional oven
  • A double-door reach-in refrigerator
  • Three stainless steel prep tables
  • A full-size sink

Two Baking Kitchens

Each kitchen includes exclusive use of that kitchen space and the following equipment:
  • Five- or ten-rack convection oven
  • A 30- or 60-quart Hobart mixer
  • A double-door reach-in refrigerator
  • Three stainless steel prep tables
  • A full-size sink

One Prep Kitchen

Each kitchen includes exclusive use of that kitchen space and the following equipment:
  • A double-door reach-in refrigerator
  • Three stainless steel prep tables
  • A full-size double sink

Your Dollar Goes Further At Garden State Kitchen

We are the only full service commercial kitchen in the region. All rental rates include:
  • Onsite employee to wash all dishes and clean 
  • Use of pots, pans, baking sheets, bowls, mixers, and other small wares
  • Onsite parking
  • All utilities
  • Trash, recycling, and compost service
  • Towel and apron service
  • Kitchen equipment service, maintenance, and repair
  • Dedicated use of the equipment in your kitchen – ie, not sharing with other companies
